Political Awareness & Involvement Program

Chapters and members are engaged in a variety of social action activities focused on enacting laws and policies to sustain and expand the rights and privileges of citizenship to all people and to protect the most vulnerable amongst us.

Political Awareness & Involvement programs include:

• Voter registration, education, and mobilization
• Voting Billboards
• Rides to Polls
• Stroll to the Polls & Souls to the Polls with churches and Valdosta NPHC
• Encouraging qualified members of the community to run for elected office
• Support the following organizations: TEACH Outreach, Children’s Advocacy, The Pines, and local schools.
• Delta Academy Wellness Session: Discussing wellness, exercise, and nutrition
